It’s time for some improvement. If your clothes don’t fit you anymore or you just feel like expressing your personality, time to look at your wardrobe.

And where does the story of feeling sexy and beautiful start? It starts with lingerie.

lingerie underwearIf there is one thing I know for sure – to start feeling sexy and good about yourself, you must choose the right underwear. Sounds like an easy task, but here are a few little hints to guide you. Who knows, you may have forgotten something simple like comfort mixed with simple style.

Think about it, the annoying undie ride-up is women’s number one enemy. Not too comfortable is it. Doesn’t make you feel sexy.

When shopping for underwear, keep in mind two things: waist and hip sizes.

    Waistband fitting

The number one rule for the waistband – It must never roll over the front. If it does, go for a smaller size.
If you have the right underwear size, this should always stay in place.

    Legs fitting

Choosing underwear with tight legs leads to a few problems. Firstly, it wont look good, secondly it may restrict blood flow, and generally wont be as comfortable.
So if your leg fitting it too tight, try a larger size. If you still have problems, there are many sexy lingerie styles out there to suit your body type.

    Crotch fitting

Any excess of fabric in the front or back means you need a smaller size. The crutch must always fit naturally against the body.
For underwear with a frontal seam, this should be visible. If it’s not, it may have slipped towards the back. If this the case, need to try on a bigger size.

    Buttocks fitting

First rule, you MUST choose the right size. If you feel like your bottom is larger than you’d like it to be, there’s no don’t choose a smaller size just to comfort your wish, this will only look bad. Also, if you have a rather flat bottom, you can choose underwear with padding that will shape your behind just as you dream it to be. Of course, my first advice would be to take up a sport activity. This will do the trick flawlessly.

And remember, if panties are riding up, it means the elastic is shot. What do you do? You throw them out. Never try to fix broken underwear. It will look and feel terrible.

It’s crazy how many teenagers, and some grown-up women also, try to fix their body by wearing inappropriate underwear, or, and this is even worse, they try to hide the underwear so deeply that it can all end up at the hospital.

What do I say? Always do your best to feel comfortable. Fashion is only a consequence of your confidence and comfort.
